I LOVE the Silver Spoon Cookbook. The baking section is very good. Some of the recipes are so simple you wonder how the heck it's going to work, but it always does. Plenty of challenging recipes too. Sorry for the long link, but it explains more about the book.

I also like www.allrecipes.com. Lots of recepies and all rated by users so you know if they are any good!
www.bettycrocker.com and use google for whatever you want to bake you will find some great sites. It gives you a variety of recipes to choose from. I have found some great ones that came down from someones grandmother
