If you live in an area where homeless people hang out on the street corners (like Southern California, where they're at every freeway on-ramp), carry them in the car. Then give them to someone who would appreciate it....Any recipes or ideas to get rid of leftover apple juice boxes?about 6 left!?

Apple Jelly. Just buy a package of pectin at the store and follow the instructions on the box.
Lucky you with all that apple juice....I love it too...but I know what you mean enough is enough..but you don't want to waste it ...

Here are some suggestions:

Make a hot apple cider drink

heat the apple juice to medium high then add a little cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves...serve it in tea cups....it would be great on a cold night...

Use the apple juice in place of water when you make jello it would be good in raspberry or cherry flavors...

Use the apple juice when you bake ';apple crisp'; adding some apple juice would give it more flavor....you peel apples and cut into chunks or slices then mix with them a little flour (all purpose, cinnamon, nutmeg or allspice ....cloves etc. and some brown sugar...then you add about 1/4 cup of butter or margarine and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes until the apples are soft and it's golden and you serve it room temperature or hot with ice cream...or plain or with half and half cream.

Another thought take a couple tablespoons of cornstarch mix it with cold water until it's a paste. Now add a little apple juice to it...then pour it into a pan of warm apple juice and stir until it's thick.over low heat..you can use it as a sauce over pound cake....or as a sauce to pour over a slice of cooked ham.

Hope this helps you solve your apple juice problem....

Have a great day...

Put them in a slow cooker with a pork shoulder and a little apple cider vinegar. cook the pork and make pullled pork sandwiches with a good barbeque sauce and cole slaw
yea, drink em, apple juice is grrrrrrrrreat
use them in smoothies. use them when cooking oatmeal, instead of water. use them in a pot of homemade roasted butternut squash soup, as part of the cooking liquid. use some heated with cinnamon and cloves for a warm alternative to apple juice. use some in a brine or marinade for turkey or pork.
Serve them to unwanted guests, stuff the mattress with

the rest. ; )
