Anyone have any good quickfix dessert recipes?

I'd prefer if it has ingredients commonly found around the house.





I wanted to make a chocolate mousse, but I dont have heavy cream so that's a problem.


Anyway, Im in the mood for something sweet so pretty much anything goes as long as it doesnt take too long to make.Anyone have any good quickfix dessert recipes?
chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and muffins are always quick!Anyone have any good quickfix dessert recipes?

Peanut Butter Sheet Cake





1/2 c peanut butter


2 sticks margarine


1 c water


2 c flour


2 c sugar


2 eggs beaten


1 t salt


1 t soda


1/2 c buttermilk





Bring peanut butter, margarine and water to a rapid boil. Pour over dry ingredients. Mix well. Add eggs and buttermilk. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. When cake is cool, frost with chocolate frosting.

non dairy chocolate flavored whipped cream(in a can)


chopped nuts or candy sprinkles





Place desired amount of chocolate whipped cream in dish.


Top with chopped nuts or sprinkles.

Put the can away before you are tempted to eat more!
Do you have any fruit? Fresh or canned will do. Freeze it. Then place in processor and whizz to desired consistency, kind of like granitta. Add 1 tsp per serving of Icing Sugar and pulse to blend . Place in a glass layered with crushed cookies, any kind pretty much will work.

1 cup peanut butter + 1 cup sugar + 1 egg = flourless peanut butter cookies (they're amazing at just 3 ingredients) Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes.

Ingredients:


1/2 gallon of green ice cream


1/2 gallon of red of pink ice cream


6 ounce of chocolate chips





Line a bowl with softened green ice cream (about 1 inch think). soften pink or red ice cream and fold in chocolate chips. pour into the bowl and freeze. to serve, unmold and slice.











this one isn't really a dessert but it could be. it's also a great snack. my mom actually created and she's a good cook.





ingredients:


frozen blueberries


soy milk





pour however much frozen blueberries you want into a bowl. pour soy milk in bowl. take a spoon enjoy!





this might sound nasty but it really is NOT!
