Here's a link to King Arthur Flour's recipes. I'm sure other companies like good medal and pillsbury have recipes on their web sites too.

This is an old Southern recipe called Fatten You Up Rolls. They are fabulous and very easy.

1 1/4 cup self-rising flour

1 stick of butter

1/2 cup sour cream

Melt the butter and add it to the flour, mix in the sour cream. Drop by tablespoons into a muffin pan that you've sprayed with a non-stick spray.

Bake at 375 for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until the rolls are brown and done through. These are VERY good.

By the way, you can substitute on some recipes. For instance, cookie recipes. Just eliminate the salt and baking soda from the recipe. If the batter seems too stiff, add a bit of milk or cream.
