hi i worked at jamba juice
basically there are 3ish ingredients for a smoothie.
1.12 oz. juice (a liquid)
2. 3 cups fruit (solid) -keep fruit frozen
3. 2 scoops frozen yogurt (flavored accordingly for whatever smoothie)
3ish. a cup of crushed ice
keeping those 3 essentials in mind you can make any smoothie you want by mixing and matching your favorite fruits and juices

Amy, you can use skimmed milk if you like and weight watchers ice cream, but then it does away with the real taste of using full milk, French Vanilla ice cream, and the amount of fresh strawberries or the fruit of your choice desires. Into a blender, and blend it all.
I am not into the yogurts additives, or the crushed ice, I keep it simple.
