What Are Some Desert Recipes, Where I Don't Have To Use A Oven?

I love to make deserts, but my oven is broken, so what are some recipes, I can make without the oven? Thanks! =]What Are Some Desert Recipes, Where I Don't Have To Use A Oven?
Wow, I didn't believe how many no bake dessert recipes there were until I looked this up for you, SWEET! Especially when it's so hot outside...........I got all of these from allrecipes.com and they have 200 of them, but I picked these out because they sounded like ingredients that most of us would already have and you wouldn't have to run out to the store to buy more stuff! Hope your oven gets fixed soon, but happy baking anyways!

No Bake Double Good Dessert

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

20 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 cups confectioners' sugar

3/4 cup peanut butter

1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

DIRECTIONS

Press crushed cookies into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan, reserving a few for decoration. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Stir in the peanut butter until well blended, then fold in the whipped topping. Spread over the crushed cookie base, sprinkle the remaining cookie chunks on top, and freeze for 1 to 2 hours. Thaw 10 to 15 minutes before cutting and serving.

What about a good old Tiramisu (or version of)? Italian Sponge Finger Biscuits (Saviorade?) (spelling?) dipped in black coffee (or really rich chocolate milk) and layer with whipped cream, sliced canned peaches etc etc. I don't make it with Mascapone and eggs, too scary these days, raw egg yolk, I just use plain old cream cheese whipped up with whatever. Another Good One from our house is you buy a chocolate un-iced 'sponge cake' a round one, double layered, slice each layer into three thin slices (use bread or serrated knife) then get 1 (maybe 2) big jars of Morello Cherries and do a Black Forrest Pudding: Strain of juice and thicken with cornstarch and cool.

Whipped Cream (or store bought custard) or both, layer of cake, layer of cherries, thickened sauce, repeat repeat, you can also do this with vanilla cake and sliced canned peaches or whatever you love. Let the whole thing sit for a couple of hours in the refrigerator before serving. Really Really easy and yummy.
If you are still able to use the stove, there's fudge (which could be used with just the microwave), or you could make crepes and fill them with either pudding, cream, nutella, jam - possibilities are endless!

There's also rice crispy treats, or the mixed cereal treats - I think they're called confetti treats. There's also a recipe for haystacks that I've made which contain chow mein noodles that you mix up with peanuts and chocolate:

12 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

1 can chow mein noodles

1 cup lightly salted dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped

melt chocolate and mix in chow mein noodles and peanuts. Drop by spoonful on wax paper, chill for 20 minutes.
